Sunset Beach, NC

The southern-most of the Brunswick Islands, Sunset Beach is only three miles long but it is everything that a family beach should be. As you travel over the one lane pontoon bridge you'll find yourself entering a relaxed and quiet world of Southern coastal living.

Pastel colored cottages and homes nestled by the sea oat covered dunes line the oceanfront.  You can lounge on the beach or hunt for sea shells while children build sand castles by the shoreline followed by dinner at one of the fine restaurants in the area or picnicking on your deck while the waves roll in.

The area offers a perfect mix of attractions and entertainment. There are several dozen golf courses nearby along with shops and restaurants.  Just a few minutes south you’ll find the seafood capital of the world, Calabash, NC with it’s incredible seafood restaurants and several gift shops.  Just over the NC/SC state line from Calabash is the golf and vacation mecca of Myrtle Beach, SC.

If you enjoy the idea of  living in a soothing, slow paced atmosphere but being close to the amenities found in world-class vacation destinations,  then Sunset Beach is your perfect getaway.
